The site aleator.games is run by the Aleator Games team. This page explains what data we receive, why, and how to delete it. Questions and requests: support@aleator.games.

What data we receive

• Signing in with Google — your Google account ID, email address and name.
• Signing in with Telegram — your ID, name and Telegram username. We do not show your Telegram profile photo on the site.
• Site profile — nickname, site language, avatar if you uploaded one, and notification settings.
• Games — game balance and game history. They are kept by the game service «Алеатор фан», the same as in the bot @aleator_fun_bot: the account on the site and in the bot is shared.
• Forum — your topics, messages, votes and reports, and moderator decisions about them.
• Contact form — your name, contact and message.
• Technical data — a session cookie (to keep you signed in), IP address and browser details in server logs (abuse protection and troubleshooting).
• Visit statistics — Yandex Metrica: which pages are opened, where visitors come from, device and browser, clicks; we do not record sessions (Webvisor is off).

Why

• Signing in and running your account, the shared account with the bot.
• The forum: publishing messages, moderation, reply notifications.
• Answering your requests.
• Security: protection from spam, fraud and break-ins.

We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Who can access it

• Sign-in services — Google and Telegram receive the sign-in request when you choose that method.
• Hosting — the site and its database run on a rented server; only the team has access to it.
• Yandex Metrica — the Yandex service receives anonymised visit data; processing rules — Yandex Metrica terms of use.
• Publicly — your nickname, avatar and forum messages are visible to all visitors. We do not publish emails or account IDs.

If we add other external services, we will update this page.

Cookies

Our own cookies are only necessary ones: the sign-in session and the language choice. Yandex Metrica sets its own cookies for visit statistics. No advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser — signing in does not work without them.

How long we keep it

As long as your account exists. Server logs — no longer than a few weeks; database backups — no longer than 7 days.

Your rights

You can find out what data we hold about you, correct it or delete your account — write to support@aleator.games from the email or Telegram linked to the account. After deletion your profile and personal data are removed; forum messages are deleted or anonymised — your choice.

Age

The site and games are for adults, 18+.
