Rules: Long backgammon
Rules
- Each player has 15 checkers, all starting on the “head” in opposite corners of the board.
- Move by the two dice; a double gives four moves.
- No hitting: you cannot land on a point held by an opponent checker.
- One checker leaves the head per turn; on the first roll, doubles 6-6, 4-4 and 3-3 allow two.
- You may not build a block of six points in a row unless an opponent checker is already ahead of it.
- Mars — the opponent bore off no checkers, a double win; koks — triple. Whether mars, koks and the doubling cube count is a table setting.
